The Considerate Constructors Scheme was created by the UK construction industry to improve its’ image. Registered construction sites follow the Code, which focuses on the effect construction has on:
- the environment;
- the workforce;
- and the general public.
Experienced members of the construction industry monitor the registered sites, to ensure that a professional and positive image of the construction industry is presented.
Annual National Awards are presented to registered sites, which have surpassed the expectations of the Code of Considerate Practice.
