Housebuilding 2004
The House Builder's Federation

Housebuilding 2004 comprises an exhibition, Housing Market Intelligence Conference, half day management conferences, seminars and Housing Design Awards all under one roof at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London on September 7th and 8th. It is set to be come the key networking and business event for the housebuilding sector, a view endorsed by the firms that will be at the show. In addition to an array of materials and supply firms, the show will include architects, utilities, finance companies, smart homes technology firms and training experts.

On the first day, September 7th, Housebuilder and the House Builders Federation in partnership with NHBC are once again bringing together the industry's leading experts for the influential Housing Market Intelligence Conference, which will see the launch of the HMI 04 report - the must-have companion to business planning.

The 2004 Housing Design Awards - the government-backed industry awards - will be presented at Housebuilding 2004 in the evening of September 7th. The awards have been enhanced to recognise the best scheme by a major housebuilder, the best by a small to medium housebuilder and the best affordable housing scheme. There will also be an overall winner. The HDAs are sponsored by the ODPM, NHBC, RIBA and RTPI.

On the second day of Housebuilding 2004, September 8th, a high profile team of leading experts have been assembled to tackle six of the most critical issues facing housebuilding today. Each of the six half day conferences, within the housebuilding programme is designed to appeal to busy hands-on managers and professionals involved across all aspects of housebuilding.
