Pricing structure
New homes are advertised on the property portals by price – so if a developer has 20 properties at 5 different price points, they will have 5 different adverts on the portal.
Our normal price per property advertised, is £95.
If a Benfield ATT client chooses our service, we will offer the following discounted prices:
- 1-5 properties (max 2 price points) = £75
- 6-10 (max 3 price points) = £150
- 11- 20 (max 5 price points) = £175
- 20+ (max 7 price points) = £200
Additional price points in each band are charged at £10 each.
