Having designed, developed and produced timber frame houses to the the highest Scandinavian standards, Benfield ATT are now developing an even higher quality range of environmentally sustainable, energy efficient buildings for developers, HAs, commerce and Self-Builders.
Self-builders, developers, contractors, architects, and government authorities are increasingly interested in what we have to offer. These include schools, clinics, hospitals, hotels, leisure lodges, village halls, sports pavilions, pool houses ... and of course top of the range homes. For all of these markets we also provide surveying, setting out, planning, architectural and structural design, interior design and landscaping services, together with a targeted (foundations and frames) and general range of building services.
Key Tasks Include:-
- competent working of territory
- achieving agreed targets for lead conversion, calls, and value
- record maintenance
- establishing new contacts with house-builders, developers, architects, authorities and others
- presenting appropriate products and services to all potential customers, including direct 'self-builders'
- creating and developing long term relationships with all appropriate contacts
- maintaining a detailed technical understanding of Benfield ATT's products and services
- Continuous Professional Development
- adequately servicing customers before, during and after sales.
- ensuring that all contracts are secured on, and conducted in strict accordance with, Benfield ATT's terms of sale
In response to national demand, we now need to increase our Technical Sales Force. Initially aimed at experienced commission-only sales people, successful applicants will have the opportunity of converting to an employed status after satisfactorily demonstrating their abilities.
Candidate Profile
- technically aware, fully trained sales person
- construction/housing experience of benefit
- a 'love' of the benefits of the use of timber in construction
- environmental awareness and an understanding of what sustainable development means
- appropriate academic and professional qualifications would be an advantage
- fully mobile, computer literate, able to remotely access data from properly equipped home office
- a desire to help prospective customers understand, appreciate and acquire the benefits of engineered timber solutions for their building project.
