Construction Manager/s & Site Supervisor/s
Supervising direct and sub-contract erection teams, your experience of critical setting out and carpentry will be complemented by your wider knowledge of building operations. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and surveyors you will control costs, time, health and safety, and training within a Partnering context.
While you may have either a trade or professional background, you will have, or be keen to obtain, a Professional Qualification, be computer literate, able to use (or eager to learn) project management software, costing programmes, customer management / records software, and timber frame design and engineering programmes for reference.
With emphasis being laid upon ability and attitude, age is not a consideration. Real interest in environmental sustainability, a passion for the use of timber in construction, and a desire to help improve quality of life and standards of living will help you succeed. Part time (job sharing) may be considered.
