As you will know, Benfield ATT design, manufacture and erect engineered timber frame houses, flats and other buildings. We work with building contractors, house-builders, housing associations and many self-builders, all whom are searching for affordable land.
We have ongoing requirments from selfbuilders for building plots, both serviced and un-serviced, upon which they can design their own unique homes. Accordingly, we are interested in reaching arrangements with land-owners and their agents to acquire land for us to plan and service with roads, sewers and utilities, before selling-off as individual plots. Additionally, we seek collaborative arrangements to offer individual serviced plots to our self-builder clients.
Since we operate throughout the UK, we are interested in sites in any location and are used to working with local building and development companies for both their own projects and to provide contract services to our self build clients. As you will gather, all in all, there are many ways in which we can work with landowners and builders to satisfy our clients demands.
