Designed specifically for self-builders, Project Builder insurance has helped hundreds of people over the last seven years. Without the warranty, some of these clients may not have been able to obtain a mortgage or sell-on their Timber Frame home.
Project Builder utilises the Premier Guarantee which is
- A 10 Year Structural Warranty (a Self-Build alternative to that offered by the NHBC)
- Available to most self-builders who are building their own homes
- Approved by the Council of Mortgage Lenders and shown in the CML Handbook
